Introduction of load handling attachments for a new gearbox assembly in an automotive plant in Brazil
Graubner has been supporting a project to introduce load handling attachments for a new type of gearbox for a major car manufacturer in Brazil since mid-2017. The tasks include coordinating the preparation of quotations, supporting the development phase through to commissioning the load handling equipment on site.
Thanks to our many years of experience with international projects, we were able to develop solutions that were successfully implemented on site together with the Brazilian project team.
Project management for the delivery of load handling equipment to Detroit
Graubner took over the project management for the delivery of load handling equipment to Detroit for a major automobile manufacturer. This includes coordination from the quotation phase and documentation through to staff training and on-site commissioning of the load handling equipment.
Our many years of experience in creating work instructions and operating manuals are paying off in the USA. Graubner's careful and thorough approach is also appreciated by our customers in Detroit and we look forward to continuing our productive collaboration.
Hygiene inspections according to VDI 6022 in a pharmaceutical company
We regularly inspect the air conditioning systems in a pharmaceutical company. Our customers receive detailed documentation for each system, which they can also submit to the supervisory authorities if required.
Risk assessments for the workplaces and traffic routes on the roofs of an industrial plant
Traffic routes and workplaces must be designed to be fall-safe, e.g. by means of railings, walkways, coverings, under-tensioning, rope protection or by maintaining a sufficient and marked safety distance.
Risk analyses of combined heat and power plants at an automobile manufacturer
On behalf of the general contractor, we carried out risk analyses for a total of 8 combined heat and power units at various locations of a southern German car manufacturer. Proposals for risk mitigation were also made. The creation of a risk analysis and assessment is mandatory for the system manufacturer in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12100 in order to document the conformity of the system components in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and thus enable the award of a CE mark.
Implementation of the Industrial Safety Regulation at an automobile manufacturer
At an automobile manufacturer, we carried out risk assessments for all gas supply systems for the hardening shop (natural gas, propane, ammonia, carbon dioxide, nitrogen) as well as for oxygen and acetylene supply systems for welding and surface treatment work.
We were actively involved in the implementation of the measures.
