Training with AR and VR

We accompany you on your way into the future!

Most decision-makers and managers in the industry are familiar with the terms "virtual reality" and "augmented reality". Almost 75% of companies in Germany are already using or planning to use virtual or augmented reality.

The use of virtual reality and augmented reality offers considerable advantages, particularly in the area of occupational health and safety.

Augmented reality supplements actual reality with information. For example, an employee standing in a production hall can have escape routes or sources of danger highlighted.

VR is usually a completely computer-generated reality. Although this often refers to real scenarios, it is either a complete replica or a 360-degree image. Here, for example, you can train how to handle hazardous substances without actually exposing yourself to danger. So you are moving in a "new", virtual world that you can access from anywhere by putting on the VR glasses.

Why AR/VR?

AR and VR also activate episodic and motor areas in the brain. Learned content is thus better anchored in the memory, which ensures greater training success. Another important factor is that any number of repetitions of potentially dangerous situations are possible. Mistakes can and should be made in virtual reality, which is not possible in traditional learning.

According to a study by Warwick University, virtual reality is therefore the most engaging and emotionally positive learning method.
