The workshop building in front of the boiler house was the realm of Heinrich Brüderlin. He was called “Bolle” and was a locksmith by trade. From 1951 until his death in 1997, he was damaged in the monastery brewery. His job was to keep the mechanics of the brewery running. Because there were no spare parts, we had to improvise.
